Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
Can I install Android 12 or 13 on this box?
While the S905W2 chip can technically run newer versions, Android 11 is the most stable official build for the Tanix TX3 Mini Plus. Unofficial ROMs often break Wi-Fi and the front LED clock display.
-
The USB Burning Tool isn’t detecting my device. What do I do?
Ensure you are using the USB port closest to the power jack. Also, try a different USB cable, as many budget cables do not support data transfer for flashing
-
Will this fix Netflix “Device not supported” errors?
This is stock firmware. While it restores the OS, it does not provide Widevine L1 certification. For Netflix in 4K, you will still need to use the “mobile” version of the app or a modified APK.
